Little Emma has already overcome more in her short life than any puppy ever should.
Emma and her sister, Emily, were abandoned at a cemetery and left in the blazing sun to fend for themselves. When we found them, they were heartbreakingly emaciated, with patches of fur missing due to severe malnutrition. They were so frail that our vet couldn’t even begin their vaccinations until they had gained enough strength.
But what a difference love can make.
After weeks of good food, gentle care, and endless cuddles, Emma has blossomed into the happiest, healthiest little girl. She has left her difficult past behind and is now ready to find the loving family she has always deserved.
Emma is slightly smaller than her sister, and we don’t expect her to grow very big. She is a gentle, calm little soul with the sweetest nature. She adores affection, loves being around people, and is happiest when she’s snuggled up close, soaking up all the love she can get.
With her beautiful long floppy ears, soft expression, and loving personality, Emma is impossible not to adore. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would make an incredible companion for a lucky family.
Emma has fought so hard for her second chance. Now she’s simply waiting for someone to choose her, love her, and give her the forever home she’s been dreaming of.
