Lia was found possibly abandoned on a mountain. She was alone, skinny and scared. A nice man took her home and asked for help. She is a lucky girl as the couple agreed to foster her for us. She has thrived in their care.
Lia was born approx. 17th January 2018. She is a beautiful Setter. She has a lovely thick, feathery, white, black and grey coat. A very nice character.
Her foster mummy says, “She is fantastic in the car, immediately lies down and looks out of the window. She is very confident with other dogs, has a lot of energy, loves to cuddle but still does not know yet 100% how to cuddle. Sudden moves can still make her a little bit afraid, but she is overflowing with love she wants to give to her human
. I have walked her a few times, seems to be OK. Her recall is not bad but needs work. She escaped once and went to the neighbour with kids, no problem at all.
From inside the fenced area she is chasing cats that pass by, so probably better in a home without cats.
A happy, easy-going, affectionate girl who loves to run and fetch the toy.”
Lia has finished her vaccinations, blood tested clear and will be sterilized. She will be ready to travel from April.
