This is Buddy—and he’s every bit the sweetheart his name suggests. We found Buddy along with his sister Bunny on Easter Sunday, scared and alone on a dangerous road, far from any homes or help. They were both covered in ticks and fleas, malnourished, and so anemic it broke our hearts.
But despite all that, Buddy’s tail still wagged.
He’s come a long way since that day—safe, healing, and finally getting the love he deserves. Buddy is gentle, affectionate, and always ready for a cuddle or a nap in a sunny spot. He’s proof that even the roughest beginnings can lead to beautiful new chapters.
We believe Buddy is going to be medium to large size, he looks like he has a mix of Greek shepherd and mountain dog.
